This extended structure gives your body time to adapt, stabilise and strengthen while we progressively refine your personalised recommendations.

Comprehensive Assessment and Foundations (8–10 weeks)

Phase 1:

1. Comprehensive Intake (up to 2 weeks)

You will complete a series of detailed intake forms at your own pace,

including:
● Initial interview questionnaire
● Comprehensive health history questionnaire
● 3-day food and mood journal
● Sports questionnaire (training history, current activity levels, recovery, and performance goals)

These forms provide a comprehensive overview of your health, lifestyle, nutritional patterns, and physical demands.

2. Initial Interview Session (approximately 60 minutes)

We explore your history in depth and identify patterns across digestion, energy, stress, recovery, and performance. Clear priorities and goals are established.

3. Personalised Recommendation Session (approximately 60 minutes)

You will receive tailored nutrition and lifestyle recommendations aligned with your health needs, training demands, and personal goals.

All recommendations are discussed and adjusted to ensure practicality and sustainability.

4. Implementation Period(6–8 weeks)

You begin applying your recommendations with structured support.

You will receive:
● Written personalised recommendations
● Additional resources to support implementation
● Check-ins at weeks 2 and 4 via email, messaging, or scheduled calls

This period involves adjusting to the recommendations, developing consistent habits, building supportive systems, and troubleshooting challenges.

Reassessment and Refinement (8–10 weeks)

Phase 2:

1. Follow-Up Assessment

You will complete updated forms, including:
● Follow-up questionnaire
● Updated comprehensive health history
● New 3-day food and mood journal
● Updated sports questionnaire

This allows us to measure progress across symptoms, energy, digestion, recovery, training output, and overall resilience.

2. Follow-Up Strategy Session (approximately 60 minutes)

We evaluate improvements and remaining barriers. Updated personalised recommendations are provided to deepen progress and address any remaining imbalances.

3. Continued Implementation (6–8 weeks)

You implement refined recommendations with ongoing support.

Includes:
● Written updated recommendations
● Additional resources
● Check-ins via messaging, email, or scheduled calls

This stage focuses on consolidation and strengthening physiological adaptation.

Performance and Long-Term Integration (8–10 weeks)

Phase 3:

1. Advanced Review Session (approximately 60 minutes)

We assess overall progress and define performance, lifestyle, or longevity-focused goals..

2. Targeted Performance Recommendations

You will receive advanced personalised recommendations designed to support training cycles, enhance recovery, improve energy stability, and maintain metabolic flexibility.

3. Final Integration Period (6–8 weeks)

You implement your final recommendations with continued check-ins via email, messaging, or calls as needed.

This stage ensures you feel confident managing your nutrition independently and adapting your approach as life or training demands change.


4. Closing and Future Planning Session (45–60 minutes)

Our final session reviews your full six-month journey.
