About Me
I’m a mother of two and wife to a wonderful, supportive husband. Staying active and healthy is a huge part of who I am, and I bring that same energy and care into my work with every client. I believe feeling well in your body should be a natural part of life, and I’m passionate about helping others experience that for themselves.
My journey with the human body began early. I was educated at the National School of the Arts in Johannesburg, South Africa - an art and ballet school where movement, discipline, and expression shaped my teenage years. After school I joined the State Theatre Ballet Company, hoping to build a career on stage. When the company closed a year later, I had to rethink my path - but my fascination with movement never left me.
That passion led me into Sports and Orthopaedic Physiotherapy, where I worked for over 12 years. Those years taught me far more than anatomy and rehabilitation - they taught me how powerful one-to-one connection can be. Listening, understanding and spending real time with people became the heart of my work, and it still is today.
After moving to the Netherlands, I reflected deeply on how I wanted to continue supporting people. Massage therapy gave me the hands-on freedom I loved in physiotherapy, and combined with my clinical background, it allows me to offer a truly holistic and effective approach to healing.
To expand that support even further, I completed a certified coaching qualification in 2020 and qualified as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner in 2026. I now combine quality massage therapy with personalised nutritional therapy programmes and coaching, helping clients not only feel better in their bodies but also build sustainable health from the inside out.
Quite simply - I love what I do. I believe health is about more than reducing pain or improving symptoms; it is about creating a life where you can move freely, feel energised, rest deeply and truly enjoy the body you live in. Helping people reconnect with that feeling is what inspires me every day.
