Foundations and Implementation (8–10 weeks)
Phase 1:
1. Comprehensive Intake(up to 2 weeks)
You will complete a series of detailed intake forms at your own pace,
including:
● Initial interview questionnaire
● Comprehensive health history questionnaire
● 3-day food and mood journal
● Sports questionnaire (training history, current activity levels, recovery, and performance goals)
These forms provide a comprehensive overview of your health, lifestyle, nutritional patterns, and physical demands. This allows me to assess the interaction between nutrition, stress, recovery, and performance before making recommendations.
2. Initial Interview Session (approximately 60 minutes)
This session brings your paperwork to life.
We explore your history in more depth, clarify patterns, and connect symptoms with lifestyle, movement, training load, and recovery. This is where we identify priorities and establish a clear direction.
3. Personalised Recommendation Session (approximately 30 minutes)
You will receive tailored nutrition and lifestyle recommendations designed specifically for you.
We go through everything together to ensure the recommendations feel realistic and achievable. Adjustments are made collaboratively so they align with your daily life and responsibilities.
4. Implementation Period(6–8 weeks)
You begin applying the agreed recommendations at a manageable pace.
You will receive:
● Written personalised recommendations
● Additional resources to support implementation
● Check-ins at weeks 2 and 4 via email, messaging, or scheduled calls
This period involves adjusting to the recommendations and developing habits and support systems to ensure success. It is also an opportunity to troubleshoot any difficulties that may arise.
Reassessment and Refinement (6–8 weeks)
Phase 2:
1. Follow-Up Assessment
You will complete updated forms, including:
● Follow-up questionnaire
● Updated comprehensive health history
● New 3-day food and mood journal
● Updated sports questionnaire
This allows us to evaluate improvements, identify new patterns, assess performance and recovery changes, and determine where further adjustments may be needed.
2. Follow-Up Strategy Session (approximately 60 minutes)
During this session, we review:
● Progress made during Phase 1
● Remaining challenges
● Performance, energy, and recovery changes
● Areas requiring deeper support
Updated personalised recommendations will be provided based on your progress and goals.
3. Continued Implementation (approximately 6 weeks)
You will implement your updated recommendations with continued support.
This includes:
● Written updated recommendations
● Additional supporting resources where appropriate
● A check-in at week 2 via email, messaging, or scheduled call
This stage focuses on consolidation—strengthening habits, reinforcing positive adaptations, and ensuring long-term sustainability.
4. Closing Session (approximately 45 minutes)
Our final session is reflective and forward-focused.
We review your journey, highlight measurable progress, discuss strategies for maintaining results independently, and ensure you leave feeling confident in managing your health moving forward.
